2017 FEE SCHEDULE

As Australian Christian College is a not-for-profit organisation, school fees are an important source of revenue to supplement State and Federal Government funding.

YEARS 3-6

Distance Education students in the primary program will study English, Mathematics, Science, History, Health & Physical Education, The Arts, Technology & Enterprise and Biblical Foundations. The school fee includes all of the courses and the majority of the learning resources. Exceptions include some novels, media and materials for student experiments and projects. The school fee is $945 per student per year payable annually or in ten monthly instalments.

Please note:

  • Two payment options are available: (1) pay in full upfront before commencement of the school year or at time of enrolment, (2) Pay in monthly instalments where the first instalment is $250 to cover resources and the balance is paid over the remaining months. Please note this second option is not available to new enrolments who are joining the school after the start of Term 3.
  • School Fees are payable as per the Fee Payment Form. If more than two dishonoured payments occur in a calendar year, a $20 administration fee may be charged for each dishonour. If payments continue to be dishonoured, the account will be referred to school management.
  • At least six term weeks notice in writing is required for withdrawal of students. Insufficient notice may result in additional fees being charged.
  • School fees are pro rated on a term basis.

Years 7-10

Distance Education secondary students have the opportunity to learn through our online courses. The course covers Mathematics, English, Humanities, Science, Technology, Arts, Health & Physical Education and Bible Studies. The school fee includes all of the courses and the majority of the learning resources. Exceptions include some novels, media and materials for student experiments and projects. The school fee is $1,365 per student per year payable annually or in ten monthly instalments.

  • School Fees are payable as per the Fee Payment Form. If more than two dishonoured payments occur in a calendar year, a $20 administration fee may be charged for each dishonour. If payments continue to be dishonoured, the account will be referred to school management.
  • In years 7 - 10, most textbooks are included in the school fee. We require students to purchase or loan their own novels and DVD media.

  • No refunds are provided upon commencement of the semester.

  • Students are required to purchase textbooks and existing materials in addition to the course fee.
